How does your repair service work?

  • Choose your repair and place your order.
  • Select drop-off or we collect.
  • We carry out the repair.
  • We return the device or you collect

Do you offer delivery?

Yes - we offer local options and can collect at a place or a time that suits you. If you require collection at a time outside our courier windows just get in touch by phone or text.

How long does a repair take?

Order before 7pm for next-day service, subject to parts availability. Usually your device will be returned same day or next day if you use overnight service.

Do you offer same-day repairs?

Same-day service is available for selected repairs depending on stock, we will let you know after booking if this is available and arrange collection.

Will you access my data?

No — we only access what’s required to test the repair. We recommend backing up your device before repair.

Do you need my passcode?

You can choose to keep your passcode on your device or remove it. We don't usually need it but for some repairs it may be required so please have it to hand.

When do I pay?

Payment is taken at checkout when you book. You can also opt to pay with cash after the repair and you can choose this when ordering.

What if I miss my collection?

Missed collections may delay your repair but there will be no fee - we'll arrange collection for the next slot.

Will my device be water resistant?

Although we use genuine parts when repairing your device we cannot guarantee IP rating after a factory seal has been broken.
